The EA left its status of ' ' education of momento' ' to be in fact something present in our lives, either in the hour to make a purchase, choosing products of companies who if worry about these questions, either in the option for the leisure place, or, which political party if better fits to our principles and truths that we judge to be absolute. In the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 (Art.225, item VI), it says that: ' ' It fits to the Public Power to promote the Ambient Education in all the levels of education and the public awareness for the preservation of the Environment ' '. However, it is not this that occurs; so that this ideal of EA is reached, we must first understand because the social inaquality, cultural agreements politicians, beliefs and habits can affect ME.
' ' Thus, one understands that the social diversities and antagonisms, economic politicians and are also disclosed in the scope of the culture, because the culture is so material and economically significant how much any another social activity, because also it allows to go to the meeting of ' ' experincia' ' of the lived one, in the scope of the society, the racial groups, of sort, religious and others, in the same way that in the scope of the classrooms sociais' ' (SCHMIDT and GARCI'A, 2008, P. 11). We must have the agreement that, exactly pautada in the Brazilian Constitution, the implantation of the EA will not be easy task, but so that the reinforcement of this change occurs, it becomes necessary that the research and methodology are gifts in the Project Pedagogical Politician of the school, being one form of transmission of the scientific knowledge without disrespecting popular knowing of each pupil..
